We are a young Ukrainian brand of embroidered clothing created by mother and daughter. Our history lasts only 7 years, but during this time we have clearly realized our position and idea and want to share it with you.
It all started with children's embroidery. We released a children's clothing collection in a design that was atypical for that time, and every time we heard requests from parents to sew them the same embroidered shirt as their child's.
We worked a lot, gained experience, studied... in order to ultimately create a brand that Ukrainians will love so much.
Both then and now, we strive to create unique clothing that combines tradition and modernity. We want to show embroidery to the whole world (the wealth and beauty that has been cherished for centuries). Because these are not just clothes - they are the historical code of Ukraine.
In our brand, we present exquisite vyshyvankas, including a wide selection of women's, men's, and couple's embroidered shirts. Each item in our collection is a true work of art, inspired by the rich pattern of Ukrainian regional motifs.
On the occasion of the birthday of the distinguished writer Lesya Ukrainka, Motyv, a Ukrainian brand of embroidered clothing, has recreated and been inspired by her authentic vyshyvankas adorned with Polissya ornaments, celebrating the artist's creativity and the richness of Ukrainian culture.
This project is a tribute to the great poetess's legacy and a thank you for her contribution to the development of Ukrainian literature and culture.
